Dr. Ralston always knew he wanted to go into healthcare, and he chose dentistry specifically because he felt it offered an opportunity to truly get to know his patients and help them achieve specific health goals. That’s why he’s dedicated to giving each patient his undivided attention: he cares deeply about every patient he meets, and he knows that proper dental care is an integral part of their overall well-being.
Dr. Ralston has worked in group practice, corporate, private practice, and community dentistry settings, gaining invaluable experience from each environment he’s worked in. He’s excited to have his own practice where he can bring his extensive experience and personal philosophy of treating each patient with compassion and care to his community.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife May, reading, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and playing with his dogs, Coco and Butter.

Ryan is originally from Fort Meyers, Florida, and recently graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Health and Exercise Science. He is currently working towards a master’s degree at CSU in the Biomedical Sciences.
Ryan is pursuing a career as a dentist with an interest in general dentistry and oral surgery. His hobbies include golfing, hiking, and reading.

Allison is originally from New Kent, Virginia, and moved to colorful Colorado in 2020 with her daughter Isabella. She graduated from The Greeley Academy for Dental Assisting Careers in May 2022, and is excited to be a part of Maven Smile Design.
When she isn’t at the dental office, she spends her free time crafting, beading, gardening and spending time with her daughter and fiancé.

Andrea is a Colorado native, born and raised in the Northern Colorado area. She has been in the dental field for over fifteen years. She began as a dental assistant and eventually moved towards the administrative side of dentistry.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, friends, and family. Her hobbies include hiking, nature photography and attending her daughter’s sporting events.

Madi is originally from Denver and came up to Fort Collins to attend CSU for her undergraduate years. She graduated in May 2022 with her bachelor’s degree in Biology and is now a graduate student studying Biochemistry to obtain her master’s degree.
Outside of her studies, Madi enjoys hiking, weightlifting, drawing, and photography. She plans to attend dental school and become a General Dentist.

Maegan is a Colorado native, residing in Northern Colorado for the last twenty years. She graduated from the Academy for Dental Assistants in May 2019. She has experience in multiple specialties as well as general dentistry.
In her free time, you can find her cooking, taking her Boxer Sarge for a walk or playing cards over at her parents’ house!
Our practice stays current with the best technological advancements for our patients, including the use of digital technology for x-ray and panoramic imaging. We also utilize state-of-the-art techniques for implant restoration, surgical procedures, and endodontic treatments.
