Dr. Ralston always knew he wanted to go into healthcare, and he chose dentistry specifically because he felt it offered an opportunity to truly get to know his patients and help them achieve specific health goals. That’s why he’s dedicated to giving each patient his undivided attention: he cares deeply about every patient he meets, and he knows that proper dental care is an integral part of their overall well-being.
Dr. Ralston has worked in group practice, corporate, private practice, and community dentistry settings, gaining invaluable experience from each environment he’s worked in. He’s excited to have his own practice where he can bring his extensive experience and personal philosophy of treating each patient with compassion and care to his community.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife May, reading, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and playing with his dogs, Coco and Butter.

Allison is originally from New Kent, Virginia, and moved to colorful Colorado in 2020 with her daughter Isabella. She graduated from The Greeley Academy for Dental Assisting Careers in May 2022, and is excited to be a part of Maven Smile Design.
When she isn’t at the dental office, she spends her free time crafting, beading, gardening and spending time with her daughter and fiancé.
